Azam Beryani

Azam Beryani, the largest and most famous brewing center of Beyan, the traditional food of Isfahan which was founded in 1916 by the late Pahlavan Ali Akhavan and his father Abdulkarim Akhavan. After the opening of 1st branch, Ahmad Reza Akhavan, known as Haj Reza Akhavan, who has been the chairman of the Kabab and Barani Union of Isfahan for several years, and with the help of his deserving boys, Ali, Amjad and Ayoob boosted and cultivated the culture of this traditional food among the people. This success was achieved using past experiences and culinary science, and the updating of this food according to the current mood of the people. Nowadays the Azam beryani, which owns four branch offices in the city of Isfahan, is a familiar name for the people of Isfahan and foreign and domestic tourists.
