The "b" stands for barista. We honour the origin of baristas from their birthplace in Italy where the craft continues to be both a profession and vocation. Quality espresso based beverages are the foundation upon which b is built. Dating back to its origin in Italy, espresso is still considered the purest and most flavourful extraction of the coffee bean. At b espresso bar, our methods are drawn from the time honoured basics and our beverage offerings are uncomplicated providing the highest quality taste. We work closely with our local roaster who meticulously oversees the beans from farm, to roasting, to packaging. Our blends are based on an extensive and lengthy trial of tastings. All our coffee beans are roasted in small batches delivered weekly to ensure freshness and quality in each and every cup.
