BALAJAN LLC offers San Francisco Bay sailing charters. Our 39 ft. catamaran BALAJAN is a perfect setting to organize private special events (team building, birthday, anniversary.) Your charter will get you up close to all the major landmarks of the San Francisco Bay: Alcatraz, Angel Island, Golden Gate Bridge, the skylights of the city, and more. We will depart from the Richmond Marina Bay Yacht Harbor, original site of Rosie the Riveter, and sail toward Angel Island. Crossing the Raccoon Strait, we will then sail along the bayside towns of Tiburon and Sausalito for an up-close view. Depending of the weather and current, we will spend sometime savoring the view of the Golden Gate Bridge – an iconic landmark of the San Francisco Bay. The wind will push us back between the city piers and Alcatraz Island – the site of the first lighthouse and the infamous federal penitentiary. We will then sail along Treasure Island and Berkeley, bringing us back to Marina Bay.
