Basics Essex

BASICS Essex, part of the British Association for Immediate Care, is a network of volunteer emergency doctors and paramedics trained to provide advanced life-saving pre-hospital care and can be at your side in minutes, day or night. We respond to incidents at the request of East of England Ambulance Service NHS Trust, supplementing the outstanding service provided by ambulance clinicians. Our volunteers respond in their own vehicles or in our scheme response car; anytime, anywhere in Essex. We don't receive any government funding and rely solely upon donations.
