Arrive Alive Charity
Arrive Alive is the UK’s only registered charity of its kind, founded by Debbie Roscoe, a mother driven by a lifesaving mission. The charity emerged from Debbie's deeply personal and challenging journey, as her youngest daughter, Ellie, has defied medical odds to survive a decade of health battles, including major life-changing bowel surgery in July 2024. During the darkest days spent in the hospital, Debbie sought a constructive outlet for her energy, leading her to establish Arrive Alive. Arrive Alive is dedicated to funding lifesaving, volunteer-operated vehicles for Community First Responder groups affiliated with the West Midlands Ambulance Service. Initially, Debbie aimed to fund just one vehicle as a gesture of gratitude for the exceptional care Ellie received. However, the demand proved to be far greater than anticipated, resulting in the launch of two vehicles. This marked the beginning of a journey that unveiled the widespread necessity for such support across various communities. Despite receiving no government funding and confronting the challenges posed by a global pandemic alongside her daughter's ongoing health struggles, Debbie has propelled Arrive Alive towards remarkable achievements. In less than seven years, the charity has successfully funded thirteen lifesaving, volunteer-operated vehicles and essential equipment for communities throughout the Midlands, Warwickshire, and Worcestershire. The need for these resources continues to escalate, prompting ongoing fundraising efforts to provide even more lifesaving support for communities in need. Arrive Alive relies solely on donations to ensure lives can be saved within communities. Every contribution made to Arrive Alive, regardless of its size, significantly impacts the charity's ability to fund vital lifesaving voluntary support for every community member.

Merseyside And Cheshire Blood Bikes
We are a group of volunteers, formed in 2012, who try to make a difference by helping our Local NHS. Lots of us are Motorcyclists, but we also have volunteers who don’t ride bikes. We provide this service to the NHS for FREE to help reduce NHS transport expenses, Thereby allowing these funds to be used to improve patients treatment etc. It is all down to our small army of loyal volunteers and everyone who supports us for helping us achieve our goal. Our “VOLUNTEERS“ include Riders, Dispatchers and Fundraisers. The Riders are full motorcycle licence holders with at least 24 months riding experience, with a clean licence and no accidents, a number of our riders are also ‘Advanced’ riders with IAM or ROSPA qualifications, and they undergo regular reviews of their skills. Our fantastic Volunteers don’t just give up their time to serve the community and potentially save lives. FOR FREE. they also pay for their own fuel, and put many many miles on their beloved motorcycles – ALL FOR FREE! They do this in the knowledge that they will probably never meet the beneficiary and that the same person will probably never know of the Blood Biker service nor that it played any part in their recovery.

The Thunderbird Project
Our Mission: Enabling Emergency Service drones to operate Beyond Visual Line of Sight (BVLOS), providing life-critical support. Our Vision: The world has witnessed incredible advances in drone capability over recent years. However, there are vital areas of emergency response where this technology could deliver more: providing invaluable situational awareness to mission commanders, helping to locate an increasing number of high-risk missing persons, or delivering medical aid to casualties more quickly than conventional means – saving time where every minute counts. There’s no doubt that eventually all these capabilities will develop, but this project is founded on the passionate belief that by bringing emergency services together through a multi-agency, systems approach, with no commercial or institutional bias, we can accelerate this journey – saving more lives, sooner and with few resources. Visit our website for more details. The Thunderbird Project is supported by independent consultancies Ajuno and Frazer-Nash, who provide technical strategy and systems integration.
