Trafikverket har i samverkan med Sveriges Bygguniversitet och RISE arbetat fram ett Branschprogram för forskning och innovation avseende Byggnadsverk för Transportsektorn (BBT). Programmets övergripande effektmål är att bidra till att minska samhällets relativa kostnader för byggnadsverk inom infrastrukturen genom att åstadkomma ett effektivt och hållbart byggande (innefattande även underhåll och förvaltning).
