Be A Better You gets to the root of the real and perceived interpersonal issues within any team. Often, management thinks all is well but team members do not. We uncover the gaps and build training programmes designed to address the most pressing concerns. These can include issues such as conflict management, stress management, assertiveness etc. Most companies provide for job skills training. But job skills don’t address interpersonal communication styles and preferences - the very heart of good team communications. Gone bad, we see friction, inappropriate behaviours, gossip, low productivity, conflict, bullying etc. Times are stressful right now: employees are more stressed than ever*.
