We are a collective of parenting professionals, family caregivers, business certification experts and together we are creating the international Be Family® movement to 1/ enable companies to retain and recruit talents and win employee’s loyalty and 2/ enable the work life balance of employees who are parents and caregivers so that they are more productive and efficient. What exactly is Be Family®- Companies convinced that work life balance is a strength for families AND businesses - Sharing inspiring good practices - A self-assessment to evaluate the level of maturity of companies as far as work life balance support - Recommendations to progress over time (there is no good or bad pupil!)- A certification to recognize the actions of companies and to help them improve continuously their practices And this is possible with personalized support from the Be Family® Leaders. The founders of the Be Family® movement brought together Be Family® Leaders and mobilized and embarked on the movement extremely committed organizations.
