BTC is a woman owned, people of color operated, racial justice centered capacity building firm. We create unique and tailored learning experiences for organizations through experiential learning, hands-on coaching, dynamic facilitation, and reflective action research. Our services support teams to build capacity, create a sense of belonging, and plan strategically. BTC's expert consultants partner with clients to design solutions, engage in creative problem-solving, provide alignment to research based practices, and offer strategies to institutionalize organizational change. In addition to our individual client work, we offer public virtual trainings to support teams in realizing Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging in their organizations. BTC also offers curriculum designed to support Social Emotional Learning for youth and adults.
