Be40Strong is a well trusted private practice run by certified specialists that work closely with aging adults 50 and up to help them be strong, healthy, and physically active. We create strong connections with our clients and design individual programs to meet each clients unique goals. Each program accounts for individual goals, limitations, and challenges. Our primary focus is working with aging adults where we can provide our depth of knowledge to help keep or regain physical strength.
