Beautyunited

The Beauty and Wellness industry has the power to transform how people see and feel about themselves. BeautyUnited is a coalition of leaders - founders of cult brands, senior executives and industry heavyweights – who drive innovation and creativity through new models of leadership. Mobilized by BeautyUnited’s powerful network of brands, celebrities and influencers, and loyal consumers, our programs provide education and access to serve the next generation of beauty leaders. In 2020, BeautyUnited came together as an initiative to give donations to Frontline responders and expanded its programming to launch the Mentor Program, which provided 52 Black and Indigenous Beauty leaders with 312 hours of mentorship, 11 hours of education curriculum, and supporting documents on everything from new business financing to setting a meeting agenda. Our next generation of BeautyUnited programming includes: • The BeautyUnited Fellowship Program, which works to remove barriers of entry to the industry, establishes a pipeline of talent for brands, and creates leadership from within the industry; Today, BeautyUnited has the opportunity to transform what diversity, equity, and inclusion mean for the Beauty and Wellness community.
