BEE - Beyond Experiential Education - is a social enterprise focused on building community and fostering freedom of mind through design and execution of deeply impactful experiential education programs in countries across the globe. Our goal is to cultivate a global perspective and facilitate personal growth in powerful ways for our course participants. Additionally, we seek to help level the playing field of opportunity for all, by eliminating geographic and socio-economic bias. Education We seek to provide "experiential" educational opportunities that fuel passion, breed empathy, instill a true love of learning, foster global perspective, and mold an innovative mindset. Experiential education combines \"real life\" with classroom, blurring the lines between lesson and life. Success with this approach necessitates the dedication of passionate educators. Support The road to real learning is especially challenging for many students who face poor nutrition, inadequate shelter, disempowering family lives, discrimination, societal unrest, and countless other obstacles. These obstacles detract from motivation and ability to focus, absorb, and connect ideas. The sturdy bridge that transverses these pitfalls is emotional & physical security. Our goal is to reinforce this bridge, and eliminate as many pitfalls as possible through various means of outreach and support.
