Accessibility & Inclusion Advisory for Learning and Working Systems Being Access-able helps higher education institutions and nonprofits design inclusive learning and working systems that support people with disabilities. Through advisory, training, and strategy, we guide teams to identify barriers within their communication, teaching, and organizational practices and replace them with sustainable, inclusive systems. Being Access-able focuses on building accessibility into how people learn, collaborate, and grow within institutions, as a core part of culture and design. Services include: Accessibility and inclusion strategy for learning and workplace systems Faculty, HR, and leadership training Inclusive communication and policy development Program and culture review with actionable recommendations
