BenefitsUSA's extensive collection of pre-built and approved products are available from a wide array of vendors (Highlight Health’, Aura Identity Guard, Emergencyme and more) with whom we negotiate discounted rates. BenefitsUSA's technology has the ability to organize and process information as well as connect to other systems using various API, EDI and SSO connection methods, and, offers automated file feeds between vendors (replacing tedious importing and exporting of routine file transmissions), while securely protecting all data. All Data is stored on Microsoft Azure a HITRUST environment and BenefitsUSA is SOC 1, SAE18 and HIPAA compliant. BenefitsUSA may be used with groups that do not have an initial census, such as an association (Chambers of Commerce), union, retirees or other communities that are the members of a marketing campaign. Users may self-enroll solo, or combine this with face-to-face enrollment with an assistant, co-browsing, a call center, or any combination of these techniques. BenefitsUSA has arrangements with many vendors to manage Health Assessment, Claims Audit, ACA, FSA, HSA, COBRA, Dependent Audit/Care S125, Health Saving Accounts, Medical Reimbursement, Wellness and more.
