Bengal FlexiPak Ltd. is a Private Limited Company incorporated under the Companies Act at Dhaka, Bangladesh on 29 Mar 2015 with the Registrar of Joint Stock Companies (RJSC). But the company started its business since 1985 incorporated with RJSC in the name of “Poly Cord Ltd.” owned by separate individuals. The company acquired by the Bengal Group of Industries in the year 2005. The business of the company is manufacturing, selling & distribution of flexible packaging for the industries of Food & Beverage, Toiletries, Agro, Snacks, Pharmaceuticals and many others. The company is a foil, film and paper converting, printing & flexible packaging manufacturer located at Rajfulbaria, Savar, Dhaka in 1985 and Domna, Kashimpur, Gazipur with extended capacity from Mar 2015. The company serves variety of industries and has an existing client base of more than 100 companies. Among the clients, it has many large conglomerates of the country, like Abul Khair Group, PRAN-RFL Group, TK Group, Square Group, PARTEX Group, Aftab Group, Kazi Farms, Nabisco, Confidence salt, Globe Biscuits, Kohinoor Chemicals (BD), IGLOO Ice Cream, Polar Ice Cream, Haque Group, East- west Chemical Ltd, Corbel Chemical Ids. Ltd, Igloo Sugar Refinery ltd, New Zealand Dairy, Transcom Consumer Products, Abdul Monem Ltd.(beverage Unit), Sanowara Drinks & Beverage Ind. Ltd, etc. It also has packaging various for medium and small companies from the food, fertilizer, seeds and other agriculture industries.
