Benis Reffkin Coaching

I serve clients as a thought partner and sounding board to help them realize the results they want to see from their work - and become better leaders, business managers, and entrepreneurs. We start on a path of self-realization to begin to unlock who they are and what they want at the core, which is a product of their environment, history and experiences. We then move to work on interpersonal communication strategies, to go after their professional goals with the stakeholders that matter. Through effective communication with others, clients can reach for their dreams without offending and/or alienating others along the way. Instead they relate, inspire, motivate, persuade, and even begin to see people for who they are. As a coach, I combine my business acumen and with my training from Columbia University’s Certified Coaching Program.
