The name BETA Coaching & Consulting reflects the novel, experimental, process-driven experience of coaching and consulting. The word BETA also exists as an acronym for the message “Brave enough to act,” which is both a call to action for potential clients and an affirmation that leaning into fundamental change work takes courage and commitment. At BETA Coaching & Consulting, we believe that a well individual is integral to societal well-being. Well-being rests on fairness, equity, and access. Seeing the unique needs of everyone, then offering opportunities for the realization of optimal well-being is core to our mission. We are committed to transformative partnerships with our clients through the co-creation of culturally competent offerings.
