Better Balance

At Better Balance, we understand the benefits to people when they "Work Smart, Spend Smart and Do What They Love". We believe there are a lot of people who want to work - just not full-time. We are advocating for these people through education and promotion to change the perception that people who want to work part-time are lazy, unmotivated or unfocused. In fact, many times they are quite the opposite. We want to help employers create and provide part-time professional roles so they can HIRE and KEEP top talent. Advocating for more part-time professional opportunities is just one of Better Balance's three tenets. We think it's the most important one given the challenges employers and employees are facing right now.
