Bhavana Learning Group is a leadership learning community serving educators, experienced coaches, and executives to cultivate Conscious Leadership. We support clients in cultivating being and listening as the foundation for expanding leadership capacity. LEADERSHIP DESIGN + CULTURAL DEVELOPMENT - We coach, guide, and mentor leaders who support and develop inclusive learning cultures. PRACTICES - We integrate Western learning models with Eastern wisdom practices that deepen listening and clarify purpose. RESEARCH - We develop and curate research that supports the learning needs of small to midsize organizations committed to the development of team learning.
