Bilabi

Bilabi operates in the Food & Beverage sector, producing craft beer. Operating at full capacity, is able to produce ca litres of beer per year. Our beers are neither filtered nor pasteurized, created with ingredients carefully selected by our master brewer Lucio. Our production starts by grinding the malt grains, without the use of extracts or substitutes, to ensure to our customers a product that retains as much as possible intact all the organoleptic properties. Furthermore, Bilabi is a brewpub. The production plant is exposed within a broader local restaurant, which offers a bit 'of everything: appetizers, gourmet sandwiches, pasta, meat and fish dishes, a selection of desserts daily prepared. All this thanks to the work of our chef Davide, graduated from "Accademia del Gambero Rosso" in Naples.
