La Cantina Montelliana e dei Colli Asolani raccoglie, vinifica e imbottiglia per la vendita, le uve di circa 400 soci derivanti da più di 600 ettari di vigneto. Più della metà della raccolta riguarda il Prosecco, fiore all'occhiello della produzione trevigiana di vini. Negli ultimi 15 anni, grazie alla continua crescita di richiesta, la Cantina Montelliana ha potenziato la capacità di ricezione di uve, creano una vinificazione all'avanguardia di tecnologie, nonchè per lo stoccaggio e la spumantizzazione del Prosecco. Nel 2013 abbiamo inaugurato anche il nuovo reparto di imbottigliamento, che con nuove tecniche di riempimento degli impianti, mantiene il nostro Prosecco ottimo e genuino.
