Play with the future. Blitztream Games is a Toronto-based game design lab, creating games that explore our capacity to influence and change the future. Initially founded in 2012, we published our first title, Third Epoch, in 2013, an iOS game which garnered critical acclaim for its concept and design. Its ideas and universe became much bigger than this original format, so in 2015, we set out to adapt them to an expandable board game that wasn’t limited to the constraints of programming. Star Carriers sets a new imaginative foundation for our ideas about space exploration, colonization, commerce, and advancement. As before, our mission remains the same: Using games as a platform for fostering a hopeful pursuit of the future.
