Bok Rugby Lab is dedicated to enhancing rugby skills across the USA and raising awareness of the sport through our Rugby Skills Clinics. Our hands-on, consultative approach aims to identify skill gaps, enhance fundamental competencies, and foster a deeper understanding of rugby. Our mission is to cultivate the next generation of players at high school, college, and club levels. Our diverse range of services includes basic, intermediate, and advanced clinics, offered either as single sessions or in packages spanning 1 or 2 months. Each clinic, personalized to the individual customer, will run for a duration of 2 hours. Additionally, we will provide exclusive clinics featuring renowned rugby superstars, former national players, and international coaches. To ensure the highest quality of coaching practice, we are committed to bringing experienced and skilled coaches to our clinics. Furthermore, we go beyond player training by offering "Coach the Coaches" sessions, providing an opportunity for coaches to enhance their skills and stay updated with the latest coaching methodologies.
