At Boksoondoga, we craft our rice wine with the same care and sincerity a mother brings to her table — always wanting to give the very best. We use only Korean-grown rice, and brew it slowly in traditional earthen jars, following time-honored methods passed down through generations. The delicate sparkle comes from living nuruk and slow, natural fermentation. We don’t force it. We wait for it — because we believe good things take time.
