Boost Innovation is focused on training, tracking, and technology in group culture and performance. We are currently working to take our methodology that is so effective to a highly scalable level by digitizing it and building on our Culture Analytics methods to make it even more effective. We are always exploring new ideas and seeking to grow, on the path to helping others do the same. By better understanding how to connect to each other (and ourselves), with data and technology, we build better performance and higher ROI for our clients than widely used methods like survey data.
