Currently, I serve as Executive Director of a sports non-profit and Director at my own company, where I lead initiatives to improve player development, expand access to sport, and empower staff to excel. My work includes designing innovative programs for under-represented groups, creating staff training systems rooted in best practices, and fostering environments where talent and potential can thrive.
