Welcome to Borderlink! Our mission is to use the ALT experience to get people from other countries ready for working in Japan in positions other than that of an ALT. Our company is focused on training our ALTs and giving our ALTs more options in their future. Our catch phrase is "No Border, No Problem." With this we are determined to erase the borders in the workplace and help Japanese companies and foreign workers internationalize together.
