Bosstrack is a brand focused on supporting new and up-and-coming women leaders - preparing and mentoring them for their exciting step into management. We create inclusive content, courses, community and joyful, uplifting experiences that cultivate women's learning and growth as a leader. With over 25-years of leadership management experience, founder Michelle Harris launched Bosstrack to fulfill her passion for empowering women in leadership roles - offering the training, support and mentorship that didn't currently exist in the marketplace. Bosstrack’s goal is to make sure women not only succeed as leaders but feel encouraged and energized about it, too!
