Bourgoin Cognac is a family story and a single estate growing vines for cognac and pineau des charentes production since 1930. Our ambition is to offer you our new vision and new range of what cognac can be:=> Unblended and unfiltered cognacs, without any additives, no colorants, no added sugars, no boisés. We combine tradition and modernity managing every stages of the cognac production process: from planting the vines until the distillation, from using inovative ageing new process to hand bottling and selling. All our range is hand bottled by millesime year and by single cask. The old vintages are cask proof, and unreduced. Therefore, young eaux de vies reductions are made with local spring water to enhance the flavor profile. Please come to visit or ask us to taste our range.
