Champagne Laurent-Perrier
Laurent-Perrier is an independent family House that was built with 4 strong convictions. These 4 convictions make Laurent-Perrier, through its Cuvées, very different from other Champagne Houses. The blend, not the vintage Blending is the real secret of Champagne region’s quality. Laurent-Perrier is the only House whose most prestigious and exacting Cuvée, Grand Siècle, is not vintage but numbered. It is a blend of 3 exceptional vintages in order to recreate the perfect year. A unique and distinctive style: freshness, elegance and purity These characteristics are present in each of the Laurent-Perrier Cuvées, always marked by aromatic complexity and exceptional breadth and length in the mouth. Chardonnay Chardonnay is the majority grape variety in all of the House’s wines, with the exception of Cuvée Rosé and Alexandra Rosé. The Chardonnay grape variety brings freshness, finesse and elegance to the blends, and makes the Laurent-Perrier style so distinct from other Houses. Innovation is essential to the quality of wines Innovation has allowed Laurent-Perrier to be the first to create ‘Cuvées de rupture’, successively Grand Siècle, ‘Cuvée d’Assemblage’, Cuvée Rosé, a maceration rosé and Ultra Brut, though this category did not exist before and most recently Blanc de Blancs Brut Nature, a champagne with no dosage. All these Cuvées are innovations in the world of champagne.

Champagne Louis Roederer
Created in 1776 and today headed by Frédéric Rouzaud, Louis Roederer is one of the last great independent family-owned Champagne Houses. Founded and still located in Reims today, where its multi-vintage Collection and Cristal champagnes are produced, it bears the name of the man who, in 1841, put into practice what was an avant-garde vision at the time: to acquire his own vineyards in order to control all the stages of his wine production. Louis Roederer bought vineyard plots in the finest terroirs in Champagne, in the Grands Crus and Premiers Crus of the Montagne de Reims, Côte des Blancs and Vallée de la Marne, and began to build up a vineyard estate - today covering 250 hectares, 135 hectares of which are certified organic (the AB label in France). He thus introduced the idea that a great wine is revealed by a constant, sincere and respectful dialogue between the Land and Man. The team today, led by Jean-Baptiste Lécaillon, cellar and vineyard manager, continues to build on this heritage, constantly innovating and exploring new avenues. It is an ethos and set of values that Louis Roederer shares with the other companies in the Roederer group united under the “Roederer Collection” umbrella.

Ruinart
The Ruinart Maison was founded in 1729 by Nicolas Ruinart. His uncle, a learned Benedictine monk called Dom Thierry Ruinart had an incredible insight. He foretold that this new “wine with bubbles”, developed in his native region of Champagne and which the royal courts of Europe adored, was destined for a bright future. Driven by a constant quest for excellence and the absolute, Ruinart selected chardonnay, a rare and fragile grape variety, as the common thread for all its cuvées. For nearly three centuries, the Ruinart wines presided over the destiny of the House, which became a benchmark for excellence and elegance in the world of champagne. Today, Ruinart is both a champagne of choice for an international clientele and one of the jewels in the crown of the LVMH group, the world leader in premium wines and spirits. Enjoy Ruinart Responsibly. Forward to those of legal drinking age only. Any user comments which promote inappropriate or excessive alcohol consumption will be removed.

Wolfberger
Since its creation in 1902, Wolfberger has played a major role in the evolution of vineyards, tenaciously pursuing its quest for excellence and authenticity. The winery respects the precepts that were a guiding force in bringing together different winegrowers looking to produce, as one, quality wines. When in the Seventies the world of fine wine finally discovered the wealth of the Alsatian terroir and witnessed the creation of the Crémant d’Alsace (a sparkling wine), Wolfberger was already well-established in the area. Always on the cutting edge of technology, with a strong and visionary commercial development, Wolfberger quickly made its wines, crémants and Alsatian brandies famous in France and well beyond. International awards attest to the daily efforts of the Wolfberger teams. In the world of wine and crémant production, Wolfberger is the only French winery to have been certified ISO 22 and ISO 50 001. The year 1976 celebrated two events, the Appellation Crémant d’Alsace (the official recognition of the sparkling wine) and the brand Wolfberger. That year our winegrowers, pioneering the festive wines new to the Alsatian vineyards, chose a name that would underscore their passion and drive. Having climbed its way up to first place among Alsatian vineyard brands, in 2017 Wolfberger is celebrating its 115th anniversary, continuing to dazzle to the four corners of the earth.

A unique solution to propose an unprecedented tasting to their customers… The D-Vine has also seduced private users who wish to offer their guests a wine bar experience at home. Today, almost a hundred households are equipped with the D-Vine. It took 4 years of research and development to set up the D-Vine. The idea was born from the partnership of three engineer friends: Thibaut Jarrousse, Jérôme Pasquet and Luis Da Silva, united by a common passion for wine. It took root during a wine gateway… How to enjoy a glass of wine at any time in the same service conditions as a wine waiter would have done at the restaurant? The trio worked to imagine and develop the first prototype of the D-Vine… The first connected wine waiter which aerates and puts to the right temperature the wine of the flacons, in less than a minute.
