I work with clients in partnership; they set the agenda, I support, question, challenge, reflect, observe, provide feedback and listen in a highly focused manner. The main areas where I have significant experience are shown below: 1. Personal development Coaching offers significant benefits to those who are already high achievers yet wish to be stretched further. Even the most experienced executives can become more aware and gain new perspectives. However, it is also a very effective tool for managing underperformance. I passionately believe that there can be enhanced corporate performance through that individual growth. Performance improvement Performance coaching is a proven and widely used tool for achieving peak performance. It is also an effective mechanism for enabling an organization to meet competitive pressures, plans for succession and bring about change. As a coach I encourage the person I’m coaching to set the agenda whilst I support, question, challenge, observe and provide feedback. The structured, outcomes-led process guides the person I am coaching through their own business challenges, clarifies issues, examines limiting beliefs and generates solutions with a compelling course of action. I always support face to face coaching with optional e-mail and telephone contact. Supporting individuals through mergers and organizational change I have continued to develop my interest in change management and often work with individuals who are facing large-scale organisational change, or are facing a significant change in role and responsibilities. Coaching approach and style Both coaching and mentoring are also about increasing self-confidence. To this end, I work jointly with the coachee to set stretching goals and work to reduce self-limiting beliefs that may prevent the coachee from achieving optimum performance.
