Breath Boss bases its breath coaching system on scientific research that shows a direct correlation between how the breath informs cognitive functioning in the brain, which impacts emotional processing. We coach professionals to integrate short regular doses of diverse mindful breathing patterns, paces, and rhythms into their busy corporate schedule. Thus changing the way the brain leads the mind and body interplay, and fostering positive mental and emotional outcomes. Breath Boss differs from other meditation or breathing apps in that we are primarily a live online coaching program supported by an app. Breath Boss understands that the wealth of a company is its team members, and works with them to develop the 6 Powers required to thrive in business and life.
