About Bret If you have read the "Tipping Point" by Malcolm Gladwell, Amazon.com describes what Malcolm calls the connector like this:"Paul Revere was able to galvanize the forces of resistance so effectively in part because he was what Gladwell calls, a 'Connector'. He knew just about everybody, particularly the revolutionary leaders in each of the towns that he rode through. But Revere wasn't just the man with the biggest Rolodex in colonial Boston, he was also a 'Maven' who gathered extensive information about the British. He knew what was going on and he knew exactly whom to tell." This is the capacity that I have operated in all my life; a "connector." I thrive on building relationships and connecting them with the resources they need to impact the world in their own unique way. My desire is to operate with this type of “connector” mentality throughout a business, or an organizations infrastructure. I have had the great fortune of being involved in many industries and ministries throughout my life so far and in each of them, it has allowed me to gain more experience and understanding on how to make them the most effective they can be.
