We are the Bridgend Resilient Communities Team, also known as the Reach Team! We provide support for community organisations via the Shared Prosperity Fund, through the Community Feasibility Fund. he Community Feasibility Fund is funded by the UK Government Shared Prosperity Fund (UKSPF) for Communities and Place. We provide support for Bridgend’s communities to undertake local resilience planning, focusing on Health, Climate and Economy. The Community Feasibility Fund continues the success of the Reach programme with the aspiration of developing Bridgend’s communities into thriving places to live, visit and work. It is a funding support programme specifically for the development of community feasibility studies. This project is funded by the UK government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund
