Our more than 1,100 South Tyrolean farmers work with zeal day in day out to preserve the ancient tradition of mountain agriculture, supplying us with precious mountain dairy milk. It is our job to preserve the raw milk properly in order to keep its properties intact, working with tireless commitment to guarantee maximum product quality. Thanks to the processing of the mountain dairy milk into unique mozzarella and other delicious Italian fresh cheese specialties we obtain a fair milk price for the members of our cooperative, thereby guaranteeing their subsistence and the continuation of the activities performed by South Tyrolean dairy farmers’ families. We want our customers and consumers to be satisfied; that’s why we offer prestigious quality products, which are hygienically, legally safe, GMO-free and innovative, as well as services that are characteristically efficient and attentive to customers’ needs. We satisfy our environmental commitments by employing state-of-the-art-technologies for the protection of natural resources such as the air and water, and to guarantee the protection of the habitat of human beings, the flora and the fauna. That is why Brimi has already been buying certified energy from South Tyrolean hydropower for years and has been able to significantly increase the amount of renewable energy used by building its own photovoltaic system.
