Modern French tasting plates with a focus on local provenance and seasonal produce. Our dishes are larger than a starter but smaller than a main course and are priced accordingly. Patron / Head Chef Gavin McDonagh's CV includes positions in many Michelin star kitchens including L'Ecrivan and Patrick Guibaud in Ireland, and Paul Bocuse in France. We recommend our guests have a minimum of three dishes, but four are enough to satiate a moderate appetite; but don't stop there, the menus and dishes are constantly changing and being re-invented, the menus are designed to be explored. Group menus are available for larger parties; Brioche's food style makes for a refreshing alternative to traditional restaurants and you can be sure that clients will be impressed by the standard and quality of the product.
