Founded in 2012, Brooks Enterprise and Consultants is a leading training and consulting company. We specialize in employee development training and programs that create a change in behavior and an impact for an organization. We partner with organizations that are looking for RESULTS from training, not just a box that is checked off. We use Kirkpatrick's 5 Levels of Evaluation when creating our programs. We also host a number of "open" training and workshops per year that cater to those individuals looking to advance their management and professional skills.
