PERFORMworq: a full 360 degree assessment tool. Both tools allow organisations to create their own performance standards database (competences, competencies, national standards, organisational values etc.) and then define sets to reflect job roles. In addition to providing individual skills profiles, both tools also provide a unique graphical report of skill profiles for teams, and departments. TALENTmining is an optional function for both tools. This provides a comprehensive search of the skills profile database to find suitable candidates with specific skills profiles, ideal if an organisation needs to re-structure of create new job roles.
