Buenos Aires De Campo

As a second theme to the BUENOS AIRES BISTRO concept, de CAMPO takes us back to the origins of traditional Argentine cuisine: in the countryside with a wood-burning fire and nature’s elements. Using a variety of techniques ranging from la parrilla, chapa, asador de cruz, infiernillo, and over embers or flames, we work with large pieces of meat, fish or poultry and cook over several hours — a setup rarely seen outside of South America, guaranteed to be a feast for the eyes and palate.
