BYOB BAGELS (Be Your Own Boss, Build Your Own Business, Bake Your Own Bagel) is a consulting business that helps entrepreneurs build bagel enterprises of their dreams. There are no royalty fees to BYOB BAGELS, and our services promote independence, self-sufficiency, and self-determination. Second, we teach from scratch and with only all-natural ingredients. This is mission based because of Beth’s experience with her own family’s monumental life changing events by improving their diets. We encourage our clients to consider an all-natural approach, though this choice, as with other aspects of their businesses, is entirely at the discretion of the business owners. We believe that through education, rather than edicts, that our clients will make the choices that are best for themselves and their customer base.
