C3 Life Coach

If you’re reading this, you noticed something and are actively exploring options to help you toward something better. For you, the challenge may be knowing what will help and finding a good fit. As a life coach, I am sole proprietor of C3 Life Coach. At C3, life coaching is a collaborative partnership between you and me. Our coaching interactions are an open sharing and communication focused on achieving your aims. It’s the synergy generated by this collaboration that enlivens our life coaching interactions bringing awareness, choice, and possibilities. We begin with an Initial Meeting to get to know one another and mutually agree whether C3 Life Coach is right for you. If we agree, I send three client forms to complete. Once I review your forms, we schedule your first session and consider how you may want to prepare. The purpose of our First Session is to gain a clearer understanding of your situation, where you are in the underlying process, your current focus, your vision for the future, your perception of your personal challenges, and objectives for coaching. With this clearer understanding, you may decide to follow through on your own or schedule another life coaching session. If you decide to schedule Ongoing Sessions, if you wish, I will send you a My Coaching folder for your personal use. Each Ongoing Session is self-contained and creates a path forward. • Before each session, you complete a simple prep form so we can make the most of our time together. • Sessions are 1 hour. Each session has a check-in, a purposeful conversation to explore your current issue and consider possible small steps, and a wrap-up to decide how you want to move forward. • After the session, you follow through with your next steps and I follow up with a brief summary and tips for success. Tips may offer ways to expand knowledge and awareness or help build skills and capacities. At the Closing Session, we celebrate your progress and craft a path for your continued success.
