The real guilty Italian pleasure. Gourmet cheese hanging on a hot grill, melted, cut and spread on toast. We are a startup that offers a medieval concept food in a modern key. All the products we use are typical of southern Italy (Basilicata), from which the medieval tradition also comes. The tradition consists in hanging the caciocavallo on a branch of a tree, melting it on hot coals and then spreading the cheese on a slice of toasted bread. What we are doing is proposing this tradition in a modern way, with our equipment: we melt the Caciocavallo cheese hanging it on an iron rod over an electric smokeless grill. We also stayed at Eataly store Rome, Milan, Florece, Trieste, Munich and Stockholm and other restaurants across Europe and the USA with a smoke-free electric grill.
