In a period when thousands of new brands have been created in almost every traditional liquor category, we felt it was time to create something new and unique. In pursuit of creating a unique spirit, we asked ourselves,"What would the wealthy Venetian merchants of the 18th century have created to serve at their lavish masked balls?" Our answer is Cadello. There is often a temptation to compare Cadello to other spirits; however, there is nothing else quite like it. Our master distillers in the Valle dei Laghi infuse and blend a unique combination of natural ingredients from Italy and spices from places along the old Silk Route to create the distinct and singular experience that is Cadello. Cadello is then aged in French oak barrels until all the ingredients have matured and it achieves the perfect depth, complexity, smoothness and full range of flavours. Cadello is enjoyed straight, on ice and in a wide range of cocktails.
