Caketini is an award winning family owned bakery started in Gilbert, AZ. Owner Cathy Monoscalco is a 5th Generation Arizona resident and a 3rd Generation Baker in her family. Cathy and her husband Mike have since opened up a 2nd and 3rd location in Scottsdale. Caketini has quickly become part of an elite group of bakers here in Arizona by recently winning best bakery in Gilbert and best dessert at the Scottsdale Culinary Festival. Cathy and Mike pride themselves with the ability to work with locally owned businesses for sustainability and to add that unique Arizona flair. Each and every one of our desserts are formulated from family recipes or made from scratch. Customer service is key in establishing a healthy and strong relationships with our clients in going above and beyond to meet their unique needs.
