Rather than provide you with stock answers or marketing pointers, the coaches at Capes know that there is no formula or “one right way” to achieve personal success. Our philosophy is built upon the foundation that artists have needs that are unique to who they are and what they want, and that only by gaining clarity around those first, can they create a plan of action to reach their goals. Going against the industry trend of one-size-fits-all, quick-fix solutions, the Capes Coaching method stresses awareness before action and emphasizes long-term, sustainable careers in the arts. Capes Coaching's mission is to empower actors and artists by providing them with the knowledge, tools, and support they need to take control of their careers. The Creative Path is led by industry leader and renowned coach, Betsy Capes. Designed especially for the needs of creative professionals, The Creative Path is built on a proprietary reverse engineering process that starts with identifying a big vision and then guides you through every step needed to bring that Big Vision to life. BUT without the overwhelm, the brain-melting confusion and the negative loop that nags at so many creatives. The course outlines tools for staying focused, strategies for overcoming obstacles, and empowers the individual to manage their career with clarity and purpose.
