I’m confident that my results-focused philosophy will help you achieve your goals. I have more than seven years of experience in career development where I’ve coached individuals and groups from diverse backgrounds and levels. The majority of my nearly 10 years of corporate experience is in human resources where I’ve partnered with and developed corporate employees. I’m currently working in human resources at a Fortune 50 organization in the Twin Cities. My business experience includes recruiting, learning & development, communications, pay & benefits and public relations. Since 2010, I’ve been teaching career development classes to undergraduate and graduate students at the University of Minnesota. The curriculum takes students through the career development process, which starts with self-assessment and concludes with making the transition from student to professional. My master’s degree in counseling psychology has enabled me to develop strong interpersonal partnerships with my clients. You will see that my exceptional listening and coaching skills allow me to truly understand my clients to help identify their goals and coach them to achieve success.
