Our Faith at Work Forum meets virtually to discuss success principles to apply to work - in positive/behavioral psychology, neuroplasticity, spirituality, metaphysics, and mindfulness. Through 1:1 coaching, workshops, training, and accountability, we facilitate behavioral shifts that harness the power of a diverse workforce. Clients are equipped with frameworks, templates, and scripts to grow through future conflicts and challenges in the workplace. The goal is to empower and equip people to be proactive and responsible for solutions and conflict resolution, and to free them up from what's bogging them down so that they can focus on growing their careers and business.
