Caring For Colorado

Caring for Colorado is a health foundation that funds programs, organizations, and systems that help young people and their families successfully navigate the adolescent period. Through collaborative partnerships, shared knowledge, and grantmaking, we work with communities to address the root causes of health inequities. We implement strategies designed to unlock the potential within every young person in Colorado and offer them opportunities to live full and happy lives. Our Vision Colorado's young people and their families are happy, healthy, and thriving. Our Purpose Creating equity in health, well-being and opportunity for Colorado’s young people and their families. We believe that Colorado prospers, and our collective future is brighter when all young people and their families thrive. We intentionally direct our leadership, resources, and influence to identify, illuminate, and address barriers to health resulting from racism, discrimination, and/or poverty. By collaborating with communities closest to the issues, we work to shape policies, environments, and systems to provide every young person in Colorado with love, stability, support, and opportunity.
