Carroll & Associates was founded in 1992 and is focused on message development, marketing communications programs and the efficient writing of diverse marketing content that drives sales. All services are delivered by Chris Carroll, and I have over 30 years experience in business writing, advertising, marketing communications, program management and public relations. I consult with clients and perform all the writing and editing services companies need to create compelling content. I work closely with management and marketing executives to create and refine corporate and product messaging so clients can define content requirements and create marketing programs. At every stage of content and program development—from needs analysis through messaging development through materials development and production—I offer the fresh perspective of an outsider along with implementation skills that augment internal resources. I help clients understand budget and staffing impacts of marketing programs so you can effectively make the informed tradeoffs necessary to optimize return on investment for marketing communications activities.
