Cascina Belmonte

Cascina Belmonte is a first generation family farm located on the hills facing Lake Garda in Northern Italy. Agricultural entrepreneur Enrico Di Martino began wine making in 2006 on his family’s land, and produces organic wines innovative in style but deeply reflective of the territory and history of the region: Chiaretto Valténesi, a rosé made from the native Groppello grape; Riesling; Rebo (without sulfites) and two riserva IGT reds made from a blend of Barbera, Marzemino, Merlot, and Cabernet. In addition, he was a pioneer in the region of low impact packaging with his Progetto Stagioni, a line of high quality artisan wines in 3-10 liter bag-in-box format, for both home and restaurant wine on tap. These products are the means to maintain and improve the land we care for. We seek to continually evolve through learning and experience as we strive to create the best possible natural wine and a way of better meeting the community’s needs. Our goal is to create an encounter between man and nature, between environment and industry. A union that produces clean fruit and wine, in an unspoiled environment, We look for what is unique and authentic. Ethics is the principal source of inspiration, the rest is creative energy.
